DevOps, delivering Business Transformation and Results

On the 30th of June 2021, iZeno alongside our partner – Atlassian and CloudBees hosted an event in Singapore. The theme of this event was ‘DevOps, delivering Business Transformation and Results’. The objective of this webinar was to enlighten attendees on how create a culture of collaboration with DevOps and to orchestrate continuous DevOps with CloudBees.

The event opened with Head of Sales APAC, Simon Dong from CloudBees and Director of Technology, Deddy Johari from iZeno. Simon has shared HSBC’s case study to illustrate on how they transform their banking experience by leveraging on CI/CD technology to power the world’s leading international bank, enabling simpler, better and faster banking while keeping customer’ money safe and their data secure. He added through CloudBees solution, HSBC achieved 600 times of improvement in release frequency and managed to reduce 60% of error rate. Most importantly, CloudBees solutions can help organizations to create faster, continuously improve and command everything.

Besides, Deddy discussed more on navigating DevOps journey. In this session, he explained more on what is DevSecOps and how DevSecOps aids in accelerating Application and/or Services, induce team participation as whole and enable secure practice. He highlighted the 7 components of DevOps including Plan and Decision (Confluence and Jira Software), Binary Repository and Binary Security, Release Management (CloudBees), ITSM (Jira Service Desk), Build and Promotion (CloudBees), SCM (Bitbucket), Container (Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Portworx) and Security (Prisma).
