Our client provides commercial and corporate banking services, personal financial services, private banking and asset management services, as well as corporate finance, venture capital, investment, and Insurance services. It has 68 branches in Singapore, and a network of more than 500 offices in 19 countries and territories in Asia Pacific, Western Europe, and North America. Our client needs to improve the remote troubleshooting and build a proper process for documentation. Our client has faced its share of challenges, including:
- Did not have proper a process of documentation for business continuity.
- Required on-site support by a knowledgeable consulting DevOps partner for DevOps tools, including Atlassian software given that their environment does not easily provide access to remote troubleshooting.
- Required a partner with a proven track record of dealing with FSI clients who were able to share best practices in relation to DevOps.
- Low adoption in DevOps due to lack of understanding.
An initial assessment of our client’s DevOps framework was carried and helped to determine gaps within the practice. This enabled the teams to understand some of the deficiencies impeding adoption and practice. iZeno then conducted joint workshops with our client’s teams to share industry best practices and how our client can potentially adopt some of those practices to augment their current practices. iZeno also conducts monthly support meetings and contributes to discussions around how our client can progressively optimize and drive adoption for DevOps group-wide.

Our client has enabled a single point of contact for support regarding all their DevOps-related tools and focuses more on development than troubleshooting. They are also able to review and enhance their DevOps framework through a specialized partner. When it came time for troubleshooting, our client can easily track and configure the issues through DevOps documentation.
