Job Description

  • Perform IT administration and provide remote support or at office sites of clients
  • Provide clients with Linux support, including identification of systems gaps, systems improvement
  • Involvement in systems implementation, management and troubleshooting for clients
  • Proactively handle and support project implementation
  • Create high quality technical documentation
  • On-board new cloud technologies, challenge existing implementation in a professional and constructive manner

Job Requirement

  • Min. Bachelor’s or Diploma in a relevant course
  • Fresh graduates with keen interest in this area can be considered
  • Strong communication skills with ability to consult clients & colleagues
  • Linux-related certificates such as RHCSA or other technical qualifications is preferred
  • Hands-on experience with Linux environment, and experience in troubleshooting and configuring servers will be advantageous
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced implementation environment
  • Opportunity to travel overseas
