Job Responsibilities

  • Relevant experience as a systems administrator in a systems operations role
  • Support internal IT matters (Service requests, onboarding/offboarding)
  • Troubleshooting of internal IT equipment such as Wi-Fi, Staff laptops, etc…
  • Provide L1 Managed Services/Support to customers
  • Respond and address support tickets, ensuring SLAs are met and perform required escalations
  • Documenting technical knowledge in Confluence
  • Assist with monthly system reports

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant course
  • Hands-on experience with Linux environment, and experience in troubleshooting and configuring servers will be advantageous
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform is preferred
