What is AIOps?

Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations

Our approach to AIOps combines Elastic Observability and Jira Service Management (JSM) to integrate big data and machine learning to automate IT operations processes, including event correlation, anomaly detection, and causality determination.

Atlassian’s Jira Service Management (JSM) provides the engagement and action components of the AIOps solution. Incidents, dependencies and changes feed task automation, risk analysis, agent performance analysis, and knowledge management. The JSM automation engine executes scripts and runbooks.
