Our Main objective of the event was to deliver technical knowledge on how to deliver faster and reliably with DevOps and Atlassian.
Our DevOps expert, Leonard Winata focused on addressing the current development and operations challenges and how we can leverage on DevOps practices – an approach enterprise can adapt to greatly increase business agility, adapt to market anomalies and time-to-market. He further shared insights on how DevOps with Atlassian products like Jira Software, Jira Service Desk, Bitbucket, Bamboo and Confluence can help build real-time communication.
Our ITSM expert, Priska Aprilia shared on how to transform ITSM to be a Lean Service Management with Atlassian solutions. She further shared insights on Atlassian’s approach to ITSM combines the speed of agile, the flexibility of lean, and the core strength of ITIL — so you can focus on delivering value.
