On the 2nd of September 2021, iZeno alongside our partner – Atlassian hosted a webinar. The theme of this webinar was ‘Agile ITSM: Unlock the High-velocity Tools’. The objective of this webinar was to enlighten attendees about explore shifting to high-velocity IT and how Jira Service Management became tools for businesses and find out why professionals choose Atlassian products to manage workflows, communicate in real-time, and share results with consistency and speed.
The event opened with SE Manager, Scott Goh-Davis from Atlassian and Senior Project Manager, Muhammad Fahad from iZeno. Scott has shared Euronext and Solarisbank’s case study to illustrate how Atlassian solutions build up systems to resolve issues, improve functionality and accelerate business performance. He added that transferring to Atlassian ITSM platform can be done within a short period of time and all the existing functionalities are retained with a higher level of user satisfaction. Most importantly, Atlassian solutions can help organizations to build up formal systems as resolutions for certain purposes such as project management, customer support, product development, and centralized documentation.
Besides, Fahad discussed an overview of Atlassian solutions from multiple perspectives and emphasized high-velocity ITSM by Atlassian. In this session, the feature of modern and traditional ITSM was compared in order to provide a clearer view on the benefit of modern ITSM as a more lean, adaptable and agile tools for business management. He highlighted that Jira Service Management as the next generation of ITSM offering included certain enhancements such as modern incident management, change management, and automated asset discovery. When it comes to effective incident management, it often requires a high level of collaboration between teams from technical support, service desk, and vendors. This is where Atlassian‘s platform for incident management brings all the context and data to resolve any incident right into ITSM tools and it helps IT teams escalate, bring in the right responders, swarm, and ultimately minimize downtime.
